Android Head Unit J10 Tekna

Hello, i currently have a J10 Tekna with sat nav system and bose speaker system, im looking to upgrade to an android head unit that supports apple carplay and still works with original rear camera. As anyone else fitted one and can advise me on the best place to purchase one.

I already did that but could only find 1 relevant post but that they had the standard stereo and I believe there are different models on android head unit for the standard stereo and sat nav system
