I have a 1.5dci qashqai J10 360
My wife's daily.
Over the last few months in the mornings it has been a complete nightmare to start. Take me 5 - 10 minutes to get it going.
Here are the parts that have been replaced since the issue arose
-battery
-glow plug relay
-collant temp sensor
-glow plugs
-fuel filter
-has been serviced
I have ran out of ideas onto what it could be other than maybe injectors or crank sensor?
But... its only a real pain to start the colder it is.
Could really do with some guidance rather than spending the £120 Vospers want to look at it.
Thanks

Being a issue in the colder weather makes me think the injectors are OK.

No fault codes or anything I can see shows up.
May have to bite the bullet and take it to a garage
