Heater blower not working correctly

Hi, I'd imagine this has been mentioned before but we have a heater blower issue. When we start the car it starts blowing but after 5 secs it cuts out. I can still feel the heat coming through slightly though. Any thoughts thank you in advance.

Transistor unit, the new way a blower motor is controlled, used to use resistor packs and some people call it a resistor pack but its not nowadays they use a transistor module/unit

How do you change the heater resister on a nissan qashqai j11 2017 please help
