Hi all!
I have a 1.5dci j11 qashqai year2014.
I very satisfied with it.

I have a returned problem.

P1453 error code

Engine turns to emergency Mode, turbo off.
Driving is very unconfortable, because engine is weak at this Time.

As obd shows, the dpf isnt full. Consumption is very good: 4.5-5.2l per 100km.

What can be the problem?

Thanks for the answers.

One of the DPF pressure sensor hoses has split most probably, common problem on the k9k 1.5dci

Pain in the backside to change them I wouldnt recommend it, unless your very good with your hands and you've done a bit on cars.

It's always the pre cat hose that splits it's at the very back of the engine if you put your hand down the back of the engine right side of the intake/boost pipe you'll feel 2 rubber hoses it's usually the left one that splits I usually change the both of them as your there.

Hope this helps

Thank you.
How can I check these hoses? With a mirror? From upside or downside?

Stick your hand down there and feel them, from above

Good day All.
I found your discussion very helpful, as it lead me to replaving my DPF Sensor pipe (the left one) after I got the P1453 code on my 2014 J11 1.5 Qashqai.

The problem is, after driving to Wales and back, it split again.

It was a cheap pipe I replaced it with, but whilst I await a replacement, can you think of any reason why the pipe would split so quickly post replacement? I also had a P0203 (injector) code whilst driving, which I cleared with ODB tool, and have not yet returned - but need to address. I doubt the 2 issues are related, but thought Ill mention it to you experienced scholars.

Thanks for any advice.
