Cd player won’t eject make noise

Hi all I got a 2009 teckna with cd changer when ever I turn the ignition on or off it makes a noise like it’s going through the discs trying to eject them or something. I can’t eject or put any in the noise drives me up the wall lol looks like someone has had the centre panel off before I got it. Anyone got any ideas lol

If you never had it working you may find it's no good the last owner isn't going to tell you the cd player no longer works. Have a look on ebay/amazon
