j11 Parts Availability

Does anyone have any views on what the parts availability is for Qashqais ATM? Our 2017 model had a minor bump on the front nearside wing, and has been waiting for parts at the repair garage for over 3 weeks now. Is this a common experience? (Don't know exactly what the parts are, but I could find out - probably just panels, and some minor bits in the engine compartment.)

Hi, all nissan parts for Europe go to a massive Central hub which is in Amsterdam. So even if eg. Your front wing is pressed at the u.k factory, it will go there first then come back on order. I think brexit has slowed the process right down.
Last Feb, I had a roof tile from my house blow off in the storm and went straight through my glass roof. Took 3 months to get one.
