Brand new from nissan it is £124.28 glad my £200 voucher from nissan for poor service covers it! May get rubber mats with rest.

Oh the dealer wants £69 to fit it I would of gone to £30 at a push but £69 no wonder they are called stealers. In any event I'm getting part free as the poor service at handover meant £200 from nissan UK £50 voucher from carwow and full tank of fuel from dealers which still need to collect. Funny how dealer gives the smallest incentive to use them again. I won't buy nissan again. See what Skoda are upto in 2 years!

Turned up today to pick up my parts as emailed parts manager in week to say I'll be there Saturday to which he replied this would be fine. Turned up to be told parts department is closed on Saturday. I said parts manager knew I was coming so maybe left parts. Person had no idea where they were! I thought ok it's not the best.

I then said I had an email in which the sales manager agreed after the picking up of the car to refill the tank. I asked if this could be done today, to be informed he is not in today and no one can fill the car up!

The parts were to be paid with a voucher from nissan as compensation from earlier complaint from same dealer. I wanted to give them another chance as thought bad customer service was perhaps a one off. Going on this it would appear not!
