Hello, I'm new to the forum, I write from Italy, sorry for my bad English. I have been the owner of a nissan QQ j12 tekna 4x4 158hp cvt since February 2022.
I left the car stationary for about 15 days in the garage. When I restarted I found all the settings of the nissan connect reset to default and for the first 5 minutes it is restarted continuously. Something similar happened to some of you.

Hello Glk7, welcome to the forum.

Your English is absolutely fine and by the way, I have the same car in black.

This fault has not happened to my car and I have left it for 14 days without using it while on holiday in May.

I hope you discover what happened.
