They cant be programmed, the buttons are part of like a buzz bar and each connected with a different size resistor, the resistance of the buttons when pressed are different from the radios original car juke steering wheel controls,

Only thing that would work is changing the resistances inside the steering wheel switches which is difficult unless your good at changing resistors on the boards within the steering wheel switches.

I have the same problem now, fitting a connect2 where the buttons do not correspond to the steering wheel. I have emailed connects2 to see if there is a way around this.
