Having issues with my 2013 j10 qashqai.
Have developed a horrible knock with skidding jerking wheel/tyre when steering right hand only at low speed predominantly when on incline/decline.
Have had a couple of mechs look at it but can find nothing wrong and can't replicate the issue when the have it. I took a short video clip and last mech believes it could be gearbox/diff issue.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know what it may be.... gearbox sounds expensive. Apparently the subframe is heavily corroded unsure if this may be contributing in some way..

What gearbox is it? Manual or auto
Better description of the fault might help as its hard from the description as to whether this is a knock over rough ground or when accelerating decelerating

Subframe bushes are really common on j10 as they age and they cause a knock from the front and people check the whole suspension and find nothing turns out subframe is smacking the body because the bushes have gone

Thankyou for taking the time to post. It's a manual gearbox 1.5 diesel.
The noise isn't from going over roigh ground but more when the passenger side wheel is under load of accelerating whilst on near to full lock..
