Problem I'm now getting is even a 4000mAh battery bank is only lasting for one hour, 6x10 minute recordings x2
I think because I have a front and rear camera recording the usage is too great for the power bank?
The camera is an Aukey DR02d (dual)
It's a cracking little camera, clarity both day and night is excellent, and as I'm on my second battery for a 2018 car I'd rather not go down the hardwire route.
Any advice appreciated.

I'm not suggesting this or recommending it but this gives you additional functionality and 30,000mAh

And it looks good too! - and it's a TORCH!

You're right mate, looks like today will be spent researching various large mAh to find a compatible one.

I actually watched a video on the tube last night, it was specifically about battery banks and dashcams and the guy suggested one, he keeps one in his boot for when he is out filming his tutorials as a stand by.

Just a thought, the lighter socket supplies 12v DC power, whilst most power banks release their power at 5v, as this is enough to trickle charge mobile phones. Apple advise that Ipads should only be charged at 12v, as it can (alledgedly) damage the battery charging at 5v.
Not sure what voltage your dashcam needs to run efficiently.
