Hi All, I am a new member here having just purchased J11 2021 model. I have connected my phone(samsung a14) and can make and receive calls ok, but phonebook contacts(apart from 1) will not download. I have tried actions on previous thread, but no success. Can anyone help ?

Have you checked the Bluetooth settings on the phone?
It might not be set to "sync" the phone book across to the QQ.

many thanks for the suggestion. I have tried, but "sync" will not connect - just get message saying connection failed. When pairing with the phone, it defaults to "mycar" and I can't change it. Strange how it has downloaded 1 name from phonebook and wont take any more. read somewhere that it might be because the contacts are on my sim and not on the phone ?
