Bluetooth issues

Hi all,

I have a question? I have a 1.2 petrol engine Nissan Qashqai on (67 plate) and for a while now and some unknown reason there is a loud whistling noise and a talk back echo for the person on the end of the phone, so basically every time I am on a call with someone (no matter who it is) their voice echoes back to them whilst in conversation with myself, there is no issues whilst I'm talking to them, it's only when they are talking

Does anyone know or have any ideas as to what this can be?

Where do you keep your phone ?
I wonder whether it’s feedback ?
is it worth making a call with phone in your pocket or in a bag (face down on the seat) ?

It doesn't matter which I phone I have contacted, it does it with any phone

We keep the phone in a phone holder on the front windscreen near drIvers door, we have found that it doesn't matter where the phone is stored, the caller's voice echoes back to them

Have you done a recent software update on your mobile? I've heard that newer versions of Android/Bluetooth may give problems.
