Hello I have ordered a new Qashqai E Power Tenka spec model in ceramic grey with the light grey interior. My car is to be at the dealership the first week of March 2024.
Will my new Qashqai be the facelift model. How could I find out?

I doubt it, they haven't even announced it yet. In the last two years changes to J12 spec were announced in the month of June:
