Heated seat issue

I've seen so many topics on this, but no solution ti the issue. I have a 2015 tekna and the front seat heaters on hi don't feel anything not even warm let alone hot, on low I think they get warm unless that's just body heat, the fuses are ok and the switches light up, is this gonna be a seat element issue? As both fronts don't work
Any help or experience with this please

Look at the connectors under the seats

Yh all fine took them off and put them back on again still no different
