Faulty window motor?

The drivers side window has stopped opening/closing so im thinking its the motor.. all the other windows work fine.

The problem I've got is the window is fully down
I've removed the door card and removed all the bolts EXCEPT the 2 bolts that fasten to the window
These are through holes on the panel.
I need to move the window up to line up these bolts ...
I've tried pushing (the best i can) on the underside of the window but it won't move..

Really need to sort this asap due to window being open and parked on the road..

Could always be the window switch itself

Swap the window switches over to check it isn’t the switch. 30 second job to prise the switch up
