Ordered my car yesterday was given date of 17th December (unlikely) as they possibly closed down for Christmas around then. So dealer stated more likely January or February. I believe only one 12 hour shift running at moment.

If covid takes off again expect more delays.

Just heard from a dealer that N-Connecta’s soon or won’t be able to add the heat pack.

Yet another accessory removed from spec - First its the foglight, then the electric passenger seat from the Tekna and now the heat pack from the N-Connector

@Clarky94.
Personally I expect that if shortages get worse Nissan will (have to) do what other companies are doing already ... asking customers if they accept their cars with non-digital dashboard instead a.o.

And of course the price will remain the same

@Clarky94. Price... If they change anything I consider that the deal is canceled. Simple as that. No way would I accept this. I do realize they may not be to blame, but neither... are we.
I would, personally, rather wait another 6 months to get the QQ I ordered than accept a lesser offer. But that's just me (?)
It might not prove to be that easy though. If you gave a down-payment you may not get it back and/or the dealership may take us to court. Every country (consumer laws) is different, each dealership may... Always best to try to reach an agreement. These are extraordinary circumstances that require extraordinary measures and... Flexibility I guess!?

These QQ delay problems seem to be getting worse especially for members that have ordered and placed deposits. I just could not accept to receive a new QQ with parts of the Required Specification not installed. I have told our Dealer we are still interested in a Tekna + but as we have no priorities on placing an order we will wait until a full QQ Spec is available. I had a similar Problem with our J11B with Final Specs being changed / updated and learnt only by reading the information in the Press & the Forum - we cancelled twice ! Now we have what we wanted. 👍

At present there just appears to be too much frustration not only from the Customers but guaranteed from the Dealers.

Dave, do you have (any) information that the Tekna+ trim will/might not have all promised parts/specifications for that spec ???
BTW I did not yet get word from the dealership yet ... on anything (and should have received my Tekna+ already).

Thank you so much !

Although there are understandable delays caused by the current microchip shortages and the COVID-19 pandemic, I can take comfort in the fact that some car valuations are appreciating every month here in the UK. ;)

QaiFan, at present the only information I have was on the Delays if I had ordered and when. All the Facts regarding delays, Specification Parts like Fog Lights / Heat Packs I getting from the Forum. I was at our Dealer last week but our Sales Guy was on Holiday, I might give it a try next week and just ask - Dave 😊
