What is this part leaking oil? QQ J11 2015

Hi there. I have attached a photo and i can see a little oil coming out from here. What is this part with green colour?

petrol or diesel - engine size etc

can you take another picture from a little further away to help identify please

it is a 1.6 diesel and There are like two of these next to each other. You can see green bit from top. There is a little oil puddle under one of it on the engine block while other one is fine and dry
