Bought the car three months ago. Everything running smooth untill the temperature outside dropped and possibly bad diesel.

During cold weather on startup the RPM would drop from 850 to almoust stalling and it did that while moving aswell.
It started with RPM drops , then ended up with check engine , start stop fail , chasis control fail , colission assistance fail. During acceleration you get the sudden feeling someone pressed the brake really hard for 0.1 seconds , RPM drops and goes back up.

Went to the Nissan Dealership here and they checked the fuel pump in the tank , all was alright , cleaned it up just to be sure and the pipes to the fuel filter. They recommended to replace all four injectors because they could be the problem.

Took injectors out , took them to a test bench and they-re in perfect condition with no need to replace.
Put injectors back in , replaced the fuel regulator on the high pressure pump as i was told this could cause this kind of issue aswell.

Days later after 1000km i get the same problem aswell. This time the rpm was steady all the way unless i put the car in Drive (neutral , reverse was alright). Went for about 20 km , pulled over , stopped the engine , started again and no codes. Went for a 450 km drive (100-150 km/h) with no issues.
Got home , 2 days later it did it again for about 200 meters then simply stopped and ran perfectly.
I'm now two more days later , was about 2 celsius this morning , no issues whatsoever.
Going to do a full flush on the CVT and change both filters , inside and out (maybe it has not been serviced well and it draws too much current when in drive)

The only error code logged is the P0200 and harness / injectors are in perfect order.

Anyone had something like this happen and any ideea who's to blame ?

P0200 refers to:
ECM detects fuel injectors circuit malfunction.
• Injector code is not stored into ECM.

Causes:
• Harness or connectors
• Injector code error

Its a general system error since no injector is specified with other four distinct DTCs. Not sure what an injector error code might cause.

Difficult really as its either a complete fuel shut off or injector control stoppage...both very fast acting/intermittent.

Talking to the dealership they said even if injectors were changed and they're codes not stored into the ECM they should not give this kind of behavior.

...

Its a performance difference...meaning the ECU cannot control the injector(s) fully where particular injector properties are not registered.
