Hi all ive been noticing this every time I stop and park up.

Ive smelt it and it just looks like water - any ideas could it just be the air-con?

Condensation on the air con pipe can do this, especially in the warmer weather.
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.

That’s exactly what I think it is too.
As a person who never turns the aircon off, I see this every time I stop (assuming the floor is dry)

I first noticed this about 27 years go when working in Abu Dhabi - haven't worried about it since... :)
