Drivers Window Stuck Closed....

So I have a bit of an issue, car is a 2012 1.5dci, the drivers door window is stuck and won't open.

I can hear the motor going when I try to put it down or up, but get no movement.

I did try opening it last week when the car is as frozen over and I'm thinking the guide rails the glass sits in might have come away?

Would this possibly be the issue and if so how to I fix it?

Have you got the window lock button pressed on drivers side.

I dont think I have one, but shall check. This is the driver's window not any of the passenger windows.

So definitely not locked, it does sound like it's come out of its holder.

Any guidance on how to get it back in would be appreciated?
