iPod shuffle

Hi, new to forum.
I have a 2012 qashqai.
My iPod nano is recognised but my iPod shuffle.
Anyone know how to get an iPod shuffle recognised by Nissan connect?

On the Nissan Connect panel, hit the AUX button BUT you might need to do it a couple of times until your device appears in the AUX inputs list. Your shuffle should now be available. If it's not - are you getting any messages up?Welcome to the forums btw

The actual answer to this problem is that the format of the drive in the Apple product needs to be "non windows" you can change this in iTunes next time you plug your device in to your PC / Mac.The problem you get is due to a boot sector read error, but fixed by the above.
