Brake Lights Stay On With Dipped Beam

I have a 2011 Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DVI Ntec+2 and I've got an issue at present where my brake lights stay on when my dipped beams are turned on. When I press brake pedal the top brake light turns on however the side lights are always on with dipped beam. I have changed the brake light switch but that has so far done nothing. My rear light units are LED. Please can someone help!

When you say lights stay on are you on about the rear leds.
