Miles to Kilometers on display

Hello
I've had a quick look through the forum and online and can't find an answer to this weird issue.
We've got a 2023 TEKNA model, 1.3 petrol.
Noticed a few times that the speedometer and instrumentation changed to showing km / kph instead of miles / mph.
I don't think I accedentally changed it as you've got to go through two or three menu options to get to that setting,
Not a big issue, but wondered if anyone else had seen it before?

Apologies in advance if there's a really simple answer. :D

Yep mines done this twice in 8 months
Tekna E-Power, Ceramic grey 2 tone.
Ordered 17th Jan expected 31st March arrived 30th May 2023!

I have a J11b, 2019, whose clock likes to swap back to the 12hr setting every few months.
2019 1.3 DiG-T 160 Tekna, black (J11b)
prev 2015 1.2 DiG-T n-tec+, black (J11)
prev 2009 1.5 dCi Acenta, black (J10)

That happened to me once (not on a QQ), it was because I used the spare key, not knowing each key used a different profile.
Current: '24 reg e-Power Tekna in Magnetic Blue
Previous: '65 reg 1.5 dCi n-Tech (currently being used by my daughter) /// '08 reg 2.0 dCi Tekna 4WD (sadly deceased)

I’ve got a March 2022 and I have never seen this “feature”
March '22 - J12 1.3DIG-T 160 CVT Tekna+ with all wheel drive - Pearl Black
July '19 - J11B 1.3DIG-T 160 DCT Tekna - Vivid Blue
March '17 - Qashqai J11A 1.5dci n-connecta - gunmetal
September '14 - Juke 1.5dci gunmetal acenta premium (red accent packs)

Had the same issue yesterday. Jumped in the car, started my journey and found the Speedo set at KPH. Got home to check the manual. Started up and it had reset to MPH ! Weird !! Still not entirely sure how to set it.....perhaps it was because I had been listening to Andre Bocelli. !!

Thanks for the replies. Next time I'm passing the dealers, I'll maybe ask. It's very weird.

I have a tekna + 2022 model and mine has also changed to km/hr twice. Dealership does not know why and have a current job open with Nissan and still awaiting updates 🙄

Just bought new qashqai in march and every time wife uses her keys, display shows kph. With mine it’s mph. So went into
Settings
Unit language
Distance fuel ( changed to miles) sorted it

Picked up a new 74 plate QQ and have the same issue, randomly switches while driving, I am always using the same key when driving. Did you ever figure it out/ get an update to fix it?
