Hi All

So i have a 2014 Nissan Qasqai Tekna, 1.5. Recently it has had multiple warning lights come up, sometimes some come on and sometimes not. My question is surely you cant have all these faults at the same time???

Is there something obvious I should check/replace. I know the rear reversing sound buzzer has stopped working. Would that be linked to these all? I did also bring to the garage and I have attached the notes he left so you can see what he has said too.

I am just nervous of a very expensive garage bill as they want it for 2 days to investigate when I can try to sort somehow myself?

Any help would be greatly appreciated everyone.

Thank you

A duff battery can cause multiple fault messages; try replacing that first.

One things for sure the DTCs indicate an engine performance problem or two? Namely the exhaust gas temp sensor and a glow plug issue. When the ECU determines from sensor inputs that the engine is not manageable (faults) then it will suspend ABS functions, Radar (crash sensors). Hence the DTC flags

The Battery is generally suspect and needs checking for capacity no doubt. After that an accurate DTC check is required as regards the sensor errors.

Hi Guys, thanks for the replies.

I had the battery checked and it was all ok, the only thing was it was a little down on volume. So they said buy a battery charge and fully charge it which I am doing now. It was at 715Amps when the capacity is 760A? If that makes sense? i have bought one and charging as we speak.....

Question, is 760 the right size for the QQ? The garage said if anything it is a bigger battery than the car needs but if anything it should be much stronger anyway??

Any other ideas?

Thanks again

Zak
