Hello, and apologies if this has been asked but I couldn't find an exact match on older posts.

I have a late 2015 Tekna. Having issues with random reboots of the infotainment system, DAB cuts out regularly and Bluetooth audio stops sporadically (i have to switch from AUX to Radio and back again for it to play)

Now, they're not major issues, just annoyances. Took it to the dealership I bought it from who have advised that it needs a firmware update, which is allegedly a 2 day job as it'll need calibrated afterwards (Camera's? Parking assist??) which has the princely sum of £450 for completing the update.

Can I update this myself? Or is specialist equipment involved in this "calibration"

Thanks in advance

Hi, thanks for the reply.

My car is over 3 years old (2015 UK 65 plate) - Will fire them an email anyway.

Thanks again!

it is fairly easy to do it yourself, you tube the qashqai guy and he shows a great video on how to do it
