Radio cd player says Secure

Hi all, the wifes qashqai 2011 radio display has failed so purchased a second had replacement
When the car is started up its displays wait then after a while is displays Secure
I can override this by pressing button 4 and turn it off and on but the override only lasts a while
Is there anyway to resolve this so it works normally

have you got the 4digit code to enter with the second hand radio, as you`ll need to enter that to unlock the radio. my partners radio led display went last year got new
lcd screen 30min fix and all new again

The keys need to be reprogrammed to link the radio back to the immoboliser (NATS). Radios have security either by the means of a code or directly linked to the immoboliser,re coding the keys will sync the radio to your car.
