Hi All!
I have a 2007 qashqai and my key fob only lets me lock it remotely and when I try to unlock it, the button doesn’t work. I’ve replaced the battery no difference. The key fob doesn’t look damaged. I’ve had to put the key in the door for the past 9 months and it’s becoming a challenge with a new born in the cold.
If I need to replace the key, fob etc. Is this something I can reprogram?
Any advice would be much appreciated

The diagnostics for this problem doesn't show much that we can test for. Most of your lock/unlock system is working correctly where the hand brake proximity switch works ok ...as you state.
The problem appears to be with your key fob and its connection to the car lock/unlock system. That could be the key fob? You cannot program it AFAIK.
Do you have a second/spare key fob? Would be useful if you did.
