Firstly welcome to the QQ Forum. This Forum is mostly QQ J11 related but there are also J10 Owners who hopefully can help you. I had in our J11A a 16” Kit originally from the J10 and I then transferred this to the new J11B. The opinions now with the Bose System Sub-Woofer is that a 17” is better.
Now if you get no answers you will have to get the Wheel Size and then plan out the position, Fixing, Side supports, loss of space, removable floor support etc.... but I am sure you are aware of this.
It is highly likely the 18” will fit but how much space do you lose and do you need to remove the Flexible Floor for example.
Try looking in the “Search” Area where the facts are and there are Posts on the subject of “Spare Wheels” - Best of luck Dave 😉

As I am a QQ J11 Owner I am unsure what a J10 looks like under the platform. But I found this photo from above and it looks very similiar to the J11. Just as an example this is our New QQ as delivered and as Modified with a 16” Wheel just to give you an idea - Dave 😏

Welcome to this forum.

The rolling diameter of a spacesaver should be about the same as the rolling diameter of an ordinary wheel - so a full-sized spare wheel should fit but will be higher and raise the boot floor.

Check with one of yours?

If it helps, I have a J10 Tekna and I bought this 16” spare wheel kit on eBay. The Bose sub woofer fits nice and snug inside it. Although the kit says it’s for the J11, it will fit the J10b 2010 - 2013.
