Thank you StampyNTFC. Have carried that out but sat nav still saying starting up and not changing! I think it must be no maps installed so cannot open up. Looks like a visit to Mr Nissan - will try another garage and see what they charge!

My local Nissan dealer totally denied that you can update the SatNav by USB - until I literally dragged the chap outside and showed him that you COULD do it..
Then they said we'll book it in for a look - but AFTER the guarantee had run out.... (it had about a month left on it - this was back in 2022)
