That would be very long to do if it is not already HID. It would mean buying the HID headlight units, fitting headlight autolevelling system and headlamp washer jets.
I think laser and LED headlamps also have the same requirements to keep them road legal.

With my first Nissan (a 2014 Juke) and my first Qashqai, I changed the bulbs to Osram Nightbreakers. Not as good as LED but a significant improvement on the factory fitted bulbs.
I’m sure there are other bulbs which would suit.
Researching via Auto Express or another car magazine should tell you the current best.

I did this some years ago to a mk5 Ford Escort when retrofit HID's were coming down in price and cheap on ebay (around £40) 15 years ago. I fitted them, trouble is that for the person driving with them they light up everywhere nicely. To the person on the road oncoming they are a pain in the ass and way too bright and dazzling. After having it on my car for 2 months I removed them as I got fedup with people flashing me etc.

Using the lamps from a higher spec QQ would be difficult - its not a case of using bulbs from another car

Even if you swap complete lamp units , its far from a simple swap
