Hi everyone, I'm a first time owner of a 2021 j12 owner. I brought mine about 3 months ago but I've already got a issue with the AC. 😭

Please consider going to a local, reputable air conditioning specialist.
The Qashqai air conditioning condenser is prone to damage from stone chips and a batch had really poorly welded seams (probably not your issue). If the system isn’t used regularly the seals can dry out and allow the gas to escape.
A specialist can dispose of left over refrigerant safely and perform a pressure test.
They can then discuss how they can rectify any problems discovered and suggest repairs.

Thanks for the info.

By the way does the 3 year warranty cover the AC compressor? Because I still have till October when the warranty expires.

Apparently there was nothing wrong with the AC or compressor, all it needed was a software update.
Now it's working perfectly.
