Good afternoon all.

I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai DIGi Tekna+

I have tried to connect to the Nissan Connect app, but Nissan UK have told me that they have discontinued the service.

My question is, can my in car screen etc be upgraded to the Android Auto so I can connect my phone to the web?

Has anyone manged to do this is so how much. Is it something that can be programmed by Nissan main dealers?

Any help advise appreciated.

The Connect system installed in your car can not be reprogrammed to make it compatible with Android Auto (nor CarPlay)

Welcome to this forum.

This question has not surprisingly been asked several times.

There are two solutions:

a] retrofit the newer unit complete
b] retrofit an Android system

Neither option is straightforward but details can be found on here.

The NissanConnect app was absolutely useless by the way...
