Just a question, is there something wrong with the NissanConnect app at all, or does it even function at all. Ive tried using the app to register the Vin details of the car and it constantly fails to recognise it. Ive created an account on You+Nissan and entered the details that way. Ive read a lot of discussions that the NissanConnect app is now withdrawn, yet the app is still advertised and avilable to download by Nissan. Thanks.

If I remember correctly the Connect App. is no longer supported.
You are not missing anything, in fact the problems you are having are the same ones people on the Juke forum were having in 2014.
Because of the problems I had read about, I didn’t download the App. so I’m afraid that I can’t assist any further.
