Mine is same, 2 minutes running and gauge is up to normal temperature and heater is hot. Doesn’t get any hotter on a longer run either.
Best heater ever given our current low ambient temperature.

Just for the record... I had a new thermostat fitted yesterday after dashboard gauge showed very low readings.Pandjh wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 7:26 pm I'm the exact opposite... never seen a car take so long for the temp gauge to start moving.
