Used the key code with our manual and the wheel nut key thats arrived is the wrong one! They have either sent the wrong one or ours have been changed before we owned the car!!!!

That’s a shame, it looks like you might have to sit and watch a few YouTube videos on how to break the Wheel Lock.
There appears to be a method from McGard also on their website.
I have just checked our J11B and it has this type which we had previously on our old and now the new QQ, so I am assuming they are Nissan / Renault ones - Dave 🤨

I spoke to mcguard and they said it looks like an EVO automotive wheel nut. I have email that company a picture of my nut and they have gave me the code so that has now been ordered. Hopefully this on will fit :)

No reluctance to go to a dealer, just always find most things can be sorted via the net so this was my first choice.

Yes, they do look like the same Renault use.
