I understand that it is illegal to show speed limits on in-built satellite navigation systems. Well we have just purchase a 2019 Ford Ecosport which has factory fitted sat nav and it shows speed limit, so I dont know when this law came into force that you are talking about? . I had something similar on my Juke and my first QQ.
Software update completely sorted it out.
It’s a free service from your dealer, get it done 'cos it can’t make it worse

I haven’t heard anything about valves sticking on any of the Nissan engines.
Mine was superb, although I only did 30,000-ish miles in it (over 30 months).
If I hadn’t made the choice to switch to an auto box, I’d have definitely had another.

Best ever on a long foggy motorway and dual carriageway drive - just over 60mpg
Average - just under 50mpg.
Just driven overnight to Cornwall - 48.3mpg
