What size are the tyres ? 215-60-17 However I've noticed that tyres have increased significantly since my purchse, they are now around the £100 mark. Forgot to say that the Uniyoyal tyres have done around 18K since fitted.
When purchased the car was at 18k and the original tyres (Bridgestone's) were virtually bald (around 1.6mm) so 4 new tyres were needed.

Sometimes the car needs this to get back to normal. Just take off the lead on the negative terminal again for around 15 minutes, but no more than 30 minutes and I'm sure it will cure your issue.

Try a hard reset, undo the negative terminal on the battery, wait a a good 15 minutes (no more than 30 minutes)
and reconnect the battery.
This should work, if not it's a trip to your local Nissan Dealership to diagnose your issue!
