Re: Smart Battery Charger
The CTEK Trickle charger has a fantastic reputation throughout the car scene and is usually the one to go for. However several years ago I purchased a Defendor A4 charger from EBay to try out, they appear to have been rebranded as Maypole. Currently around the £25 on EBay. I originally bought it as ...

Re: QQ 2010 J10 Showing full tank after reconnecting battery
I noted that you disconnected the battery, but I personally would try a hard reset. Sometimes the car needs this to get back to normal. Just take off the lead on the negative terminal again for around 15 minutes, but no more than 30 minutes and I'm sure it will cure your issue. This did the trick! ...

Re: Chassis Control
Ok, scroll to vehicle settings, select display settings, scroll down to contents, use the down button to scroll through the icons and select Chassis Control, tick the box. Hopefully this is what you're looking for? As for the Chassis Control, I've no idea what happens when you set this to be constan...

Re: Tyres
What size are the tyres ? 215-60-17 However I've noticed that tyres have increased significantly since my purchse, they are now around the £100 mark. I've had numerous makes of tyre on various vehicles but found these to be the best all round, and the tread wear is minimal after just a tad over 18K.

Re: Paint peeling issue
I've just had a reply from my Friend. Without physically seeing the issue he cannot be 100% certain, however he does say that it may well be a combination of poor adhesion between the primer and colour coat, which is normally caused by trapped solvent and/or poor quality paint with insufficient UV r...

Re: Tyres
Forgot to say that the Uniyoyal tyres have done around 18K since fitted.
When purchased the car was at 18k and the original tyres (Bridgestone's) were virtually bald (around 1.6mm) so 4 new tyres were needed.

Tyres
Just a wee heads up for a tyre choice. We put Uniroyal Rain Expert 5 tyres on our QQ around two years ago, just had a service done at our Nissan Dealership and their free health check noted that the tyres had 6mm on the front, 7mm on the rears. Not bad for 2 years usage. I'd highly recommend this ty...

Re: Car alarm sounding randomly
Try a hard reset, undo the negative terminal on the battery, wait a a good 15 minutes (no more than 30 minutes)
and reconnect the battery.
This should work, if not it's a trip to your local Nissan Dealership to diagnose your issue!
