My dashcam is from Blackvue. Model is DR900X-2CH Plus. It has both front and back cameras. It's pricier camera, but has been working well so far.

J12 downloads updates with the integrated e-sim. Not sure why you would want to use usb for it to be honest.

Yes, at least here in Finland. I have my winter tires on 17" rims and I ordered my tekna+ with 19" wheels.
