Mine is not removable, but it works with it so I would think it also works with the removable one.

There is no way to get rid of the message, you have to accept/decline it.

Sometimes I also get the starting up navigation message on mine, it also sometimes takes some time to boot, where it only shows that Nissan logo. I think it started being slower after firmware update so maybe next update fixes the problems.

Your car is under warranty, let your dealer handle the repairs.

Press the i button on your steering wheel and it should change the information.
