It would appear that Park Assist is now available on UK models but currently limited to e-POWER Tekna Automatic models.
Nissan refer to it as ProPILOT Park.

I’ve had two map updates since October 2021 and two Connect system updates at least. Check the Nissan Connect app (iPhone/Android) to make sure the Maps & Live Traffic subscription is active for your Qashqai. You can access the expiration date, for subscription services, via the shopping trolley...
