Pandjh thanks for that information. I have looked through the gaps in the engine compartment and can see wires going to the back of the Nissan badge as you say. Also there is still evidence of some masking tape on it so think this was left on during manufacturing. Cheers

Mine works fine it it is placed in the rear pouch.
If it is in the front pouch it will still unlock the car.
Bought mine from Wilko. Very pleased

Hi. Wonder if you guys with the 11B models can tell me if the Sat Nav still has the rubbish SD card that is on my 11A which is now 3 years out of date, or is there a more up to date navigation system. I have gone back to using my Tom Tom and Waze on my phone

I had the Fiamm battery on my Qashqai which failed after 6 months on a brand new car. The RAC replaced it without quibble on the drive and checked that nothing had had flattened it.
Not sure why this can still be happening after all the bad publicity

Hi. I use seat protectors called “Munchkins”. They hook over the headrest and hang down the back of the seat. Elastic at the bottom to keep them tight. Not too much money either. Do a search on EBay or Amazon. Not sure where mine came from but they do the job very well
