Maps for most systems tend to be about 9 to 12 months out of date from my personal observation.
Unfortunately, there’s no way round it until you can get a car with CarPlay or Android Auto and get onto Google Maps, etc.

I’m not sure where I saw this (might be Facebook) but there are over 100 J12’s around the country apparently. If you aren’t fussed about a colour/trim combinations you can have one pretty quickly

I had a 2014 Juke with the same engine and a 2017 Qantas with this engine and didn’t have any problems getting the dip stick in it out.

I think they aren’t telling you the truth but no idea what you can do about it !! Maybe try a different dealer, if you have one nearby
