New keys are not cheap so start saveing now. At least you got the locking wheel nut. Hopefully it's been serviced for you too.

get the battery checkout first if your car is a 2013 and the batt is still original then is near end of it`s life i would say

Yep common problem. Its due to the cost of the parts. Paint etc these days.

2nd link is for epower qashqai. I wouldn't pay that price from the 1st link same ones ebay around £55. I doubt the car your getting would have had mats in allready as they don't come with them. Funny that the dealer don't think you would want used mats but you want a used car

It may be abs sensor on rear wheel. You'll need to look under car and see if the cable has been damaged, quick a few posts on this site, just do a quick search.
