All cars have problems these days with the amount of electrics and sensors in them.even if it had 7yr warranty you would still be in the same situation running back and fourth to the dealer. I've been lucky with my 8yr old qashqai clocked up 80,000 miles in the 5yrs of owening it never had a problem...
