not sure what the little black box means in the camera but camera must be working or i don`t think you would be able to see anything, i`m thinking may be a sensor at the rear is causeing the problem, did you check to make sure all the wires were re-connected ok when fitting cam

tyre pressure sensor batt may have come to end so it would be a new tyre sensor, have you checked tyre pressure is correct in tyre too., have you had your battery checked on car as when that is on the way out that can throw up loads of errors too.

was the correct camera fitted same as what you took out the car? why did you need to replace the camera in the 1st place ?
