Sounds like yours is worse than mine then. If they are cracking along the seam I would say it's a manufacturing defect and should be replaced under warranty. If it were me, and the dealer wasn't interested, I would raise it with Nissan UK directly.

Yes, I used the configurator to look at what was on the various spec. levels before ordering the car.

My manual appears to include all possible options at all spec. levels then states '(where fitted)'.

I don't think you've paid VAT twice. Add up the NET, VAT & GROSS columns, they should equal the NET, VAT & GROSS totals on the second page
