Re: ABS light after MOT
Thanks for all the advice, it's been helpful. This garage have said the brake pads had shifted which could have been a rusty hook/bracket which has been replaced. They charged £39 which was £2.50 for the part the rest Labour and VAT. I am still thinking could the MOT have caused it, or just general ...

droning

This has happened for about a year or two now. Other issues with my car is a squealing noise when damp/cold in the ...

Thanks for the advice, a little update, the mechanic said it was the brake fluid needed topping up, he did it and the lights went off... for a while, I had to do a motorway journey today and the two orange 'ABS off' lights came on again - with the red warning light coming on intermittently - more of...

Re: Repeat issue on MOT
I rang them up this morning to ask based on this advice if it was normal to go within a year, they said and I quote, "they are always doing these on qasqaui cars as it's a common fault. Usually by going over potholes. I don't really want to ask and get their backs up as this is the only garage ...

Repeat issue on MOT
Hi all on my 2019 MOT it came up with a fail which included: Offside Front Suspension arm ball joint excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i)) before a repair and pass. This year it has the same Offside Front Suspension arm ball joint excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i)) - along with my nearside. What am I doing...
