Yeah you can use a mobile hotspot and probably 5G but car would probably have a better signal that your mobile.

Just to add to my own post I discovered we are being completely ripped off for owning a Nissan. For example 12.99 will give you 5gb for six months if you own a Renault, but if you own a Nissan you get 5gb, but for only 14 days. Also Renault offer a 3gb trial for first 6 months, Nissan offer nothing....
