Re: J10 2.0d 4x4 front inner cv joint
this is the procedure provided by skf for anyone who may need this in the future. Fist step - to remove the center part (spider) using an extractor tool, and to not worry as it is impossible to damage the part. Second step - the customer can insert the boot on the shaft then insert the shaft into th...

Re: J10 2.0d 4x4 front inner cv joint
the marking are punch marks, the metal moves and closes the gap so the joint will not seperate. The new joint came punched so I could not take apart to fit the circlip. I had to grind the high spots to allow disassembly and I then made some small welds to replace what I removed. If you ever come acr...

I tried replacement motors and linkage arms and eventually bought the complete genuine unit from Nissan.

Re: J10 2.0d 4x4 front inner cv joint
I have ordered a new joint direct from SKF for £56 inc delivery.
If you look closely at the joint there are punch marks that spread the metal and stop the joint separating.
See the attached pic.

Re: Qashkai J11 1.5d 2015 rear wheel bearing/hub
have you tried autodoc, just done the bearings on my j10 4x4 £72 in vat (SKF)
I would think they are non serviceable and you have to buy the unit.
Delivery takes a while but worth it.
something like this one

J10 2.0d 4x4 front inner cv joint
Evening all
Hoping there is someone on tonight who can help.
I've just removed the nearside driveshaft by removing the inner boot BUT the clip was not present and the shaft just pulled out.
There are not signs of the clip or a recess for it to sit in
any ideas, is this normal?
thanks
Mark.

J10 2.0d 4x4 rear hub nut torque
Hi All
I'm hoping someone can help me as I don't have a haynes manual.
I have replaced the discs, pads, wheel bearings, handbrake shoes and disc splash shield.
It's all done but I need the torque setting for the rear hub nut.
Can anyone help?
many thanks in advance.
